My Southern family from Alexandria, Louisiana taught me this Jambalaya recipe. Jambalaya is a popular Louisiana dish of Spanish, French, and West Africa influence consisting of meat, vegetables, and rice. My family recipe has been passed down in my family for over 100 years. To accompany the jambalaya, we will also be making a delicious bread pudding. Restrictions: Class will be held on April 3, 2020 from 11am to 2pm at Shannon Riboli's home.
